I was blessed to have know the Right Honorable George Cadle Price, a very humble individual. He was a great leader with admirable qualities, may he Rest In Peace. He was truly a saint, the angles in heaven are rejoycing.
We were blessed to have known Our Hero, the father of Independence, the Right Honourable George Cadle Price. We are thankful for all his love and help he rendered to our community and family. He was a man of justice and peace. Indeed he was a servant and not a master! May God and his angels receive him in his Glory. We love and will always remeber you George Price!
How many Americans can say they met the leader of their country — without bodyguards — and he would actually stop and talk to them, actively listening and giving feedback? In Belize George Cadle Price wasn’t just a remote figure, he was accessible and truly a humble, wonderful man. We Belizeans were truly blessed to have had him among us.
Rest in Peace, Mr. Price, you’ve inspired several generations of Belizeans and we will absolutely miss you.
