Act will allow access to property and has the potential abuse

Carlo Mason

The interception of communications and the retention of information by telephone companies is an interference with constitutional rights of citizens. Such breaches can only be done if justified and authorized by law. The implementing legislation, however, has not been passed by Government.  But the violation of constitutional rights also applies to property. The attorneys explained that the Act will allow access to property and has the potential for abuse.

“The entry warrant allows for the technicians, of course under the authorization of the court order, to physically enter your home. They can physically enter the premises of this television and strategically place bugs. And I’m sorry if I might sound like I am rehashing some movie but the entry warrant…”

They can record your keystrokes, they can clone your mail, if they have enough time they can clone your entire hard drive. It’s not hard to do you can download the programs free of cost as a matter of fact.”

    I SMELL A RAT……

BIG BROTHER IS HERE….. OUR RIGHTS ARE BEING TAKEN AWAY.

THIS IS NO WAY TO FIGHT CRIME…..and you and I know who and where the CRIMINAL ELEMENT IS.

Let’s all vote for the 9th Amendment!!!!!!! BS!

This is the crap that will come out of that my people! So all of you who think it is a good idea prepare to suffer when it goes into law! There will be many more like this.

These type of laws are useless because they are uninforcable and the potential for abuse is great!

They are trying to start a dictatorship in this country. One man speaks and everyone has to follow.Well personally they can take the 9th ammendment and kiss my A$$.Look at them having hearing for the 9th A. in different districts. It is a joke because they limit you on time and the things you are supposed to say.We can’t express ourselves about it because they say state your name and your position. They don’t ask why you do support it or why you don’t.We are adults and we have our reasons for not wanting this bill to pass.First they take the tint off our vehicles, now this 9th ammendment and now they want to invade our privacy by tapping phones.Like Charlie Price said, they know where the criminal element is and yet they want to invade our privacy. We will not be free to talk on our own phones. This way they will know about a lot of people and they will black mail them.Believe you me,that is exactly what is going to happen. They will try to hustle people by using their information that is supposed to be private against them. The POLICE and the GOVERMENT are full of sh………aving cream.
