4 charged for Drug Trafficking after GSU raid

A GSU raid at a residence on Nurse White Street in Belize City earlier today has resulted in charges being brought against four people, including three women.  At about three o’clock this afternoon GSU personnel executed a search warrant on the property of Deon Wright where they discovered six kilograms, the equivalent of thirteen point two pounds of marijuana.  Also found inside the two bedroom bungalow were paraphernalia believed to have been used to weigh the drugs.  A digital scale as well as three rolls of plastic wrapping paper were recovered from one of the bedrooms.  As a result police have arrested and charged forty-five year old Deon Wright, thirty-three year old school teacher Kissy Rondean Wright, Rodlicia Colliard and sixty-eight year old Dellis Mariano for the crime of drug trafficking.
