2 teens to stand trial for murder
Two Belize City teenagers were today committed by Chief Magistrate, Ann Marie Smith to stand trial at the Supreme Court. The first was eighteen year old Kevin Bodden, who is accused of the April tenth murder of taxi-driver, Kirk Belisle. A preliminary inquiry concluded with a paper committal when the Chief Magistrate ruled that there was sufficient evidence to proceed to trial. Belisle experienced mechanical troubles on Lacroix Street and was repairing a wheel on his taxi when a gunman opened fire. The intended targets were believed to have been a group of men who were in the area on bicycles and Belisle just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Bodden has been remanded to prison until the start of the January 2012 session of the Supreme Court.
The second eighteen year old is Seaford Miles of Ladyville, who will be tried for Unlawful Carnal Knowledge. His P.I. also concluded with a paper committal today. Miles is accused of having sex with a minor on May twentieth. He was granted bail of five thousand dollars and is also due back in court in January. Both men were asked to provide the court with alibi witnesses and they have seven days to do so in writing.

Send them to THE PRISON FARM…aka…THE SUSTAINABLE REHABILITATION CENTER….SRC
There they CAN EARN THEIR KEEP and CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY at NO COST TO TAX-PAYERS!!!
BUILD the SRC today —–FOR A BETTER TOMORROW!!!

they could be very productive on the PRISON FARM/SUSTAINABLE REHABILITATION CENTER.
Prison farm for killers? I THINK NOT. It should be a long drop with a short rope. A life for a life. We have a relatively few mad dogs killers, and to protect the many, we must exterminate the mad dogs.
As for a rapist, they should all be castrated upon conviction. No repeat offences!
Death Penalty!
Belize needs a change! These young criminals don’t seem to understand. Hang a few of them and we will see if that changes.
