Stray bullet hits innocent mom in home
Turning to crime, another innocent resident became a victim of the violent Belize City streets on Tuesday night. Thirty-five year old Chalonie Craig was inside her house at the corner of Iguana and Seagull Streets when she was hit by a stray bullet. Reports are that Craig was in her kitchen along with her two year old daughter, washing dishes at around eight-thirty p.m. She had just taken the baby into the living room and returned to the kitchen when several gunshots rang out on the street. A single bullet pierced the window screen and hit Craig on the left shoulder. The bullet exited her back and penetrated two walls before it ricocheted off a post in the living room and landed on the sofa. According to relatives, the bullet also shattered the bone in Craig’s upper left arm and she remains hospitalized tonight.

Thank God this innocent woman is alive. Mr. Prime Minister, I guess this too is not Gang related, isn’t it?. Or how should we call it, kids playing Cow Boys and Indians? Man, step down noh man? Yoh put 2 ah yoh foot inna yoh mouth most ah di time.
We need to ask the PM if this one is gang related because he seems to get stats from his gang affiliates as to which crimes are gang relates.
so sad, I know her, such a humble person. Infact, she was at evening mass at Holy Redeemer the same evening. Lord have mercy on us!
AND WHAT DOES THE PM HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS????????????
