Manslaughter Charge for Shooting at Sawmill
A Security Guard at the Gomez Saw Mill in Bladen Village was fatally shot on Monday evening. While forty-one year old Selvin Ramclam was shot once on the head, it is not considered a case of murder. Today police report that they have formally arrested and charged Williams Ical, a laborer of the village who was with Ramclam at the sawmill with a sixteen gauge shotgun. Police also recovered two live rounds and an expended shell from the scene of the shooting. Ical has since been charged with Manslaughter by Negligence.
Hah I had it right on my post yesterday that it sounded like this clown was playing with the shotgun.

GUN OWNERSHIP SHOULD COME WITH A CERTIFICATION…for us legal folks.
I think the DPP and police should let the jury decide if it is murder or manslaughter. TWO shots doesn’t sound acidental to me!
