Woman convicted of charge in connection with near fatal stabbing

Kaycia Fuller

In the courts, a brawl among several women on Hibiscus Street almost increased the murder statistics when Judean Brown was stabbed multiple times to the back, neck and behind the left ear. Judean still bears the scars of that fight and struggled to speak as she testified in court today against twenty-four year old Kaycia Fuller, who was charged with Attempted Murder following the incident. Judean told the court that on October second, 2009, she was heading to her apartment with her sister, Tanisha Brown, but stopped on the way to make a complaint to Fuller’s mother. But the woman came to the door with a knife in her hand and verbally abused them.  They left, but ten minutes later, Fuller showed up, started an argument and threatened to kill one of them. Judean further testified that she was in her yard a short while later, when Fuller returned and stabbed her seven times.  Tanisha also corroborated Judean’s story. In her defense, Fuller admitted injuring Judean, but said that she was acting in self-defense and that she had only stabbed her once. Fuller told the court that Tanisha started an argument with her at the apartment building and Judean attempted to stab her. She says she managed to wrestle the knife away from Judean and stabbed her once. At around three-twenty this afternoon, a jury found Fuller not guilty of Attempted Murder, but guilty of the alternative charges; Use of Deadly Means of Harm with Intent to Cause Dangerous Harm. Sentencing has been deferred for January twelfth before Justice Herbert Lord when mitigation pleas will be heard on Fuller’s behalf.

Wow, seem like attempted murder to me, she follow her to her home with the said knife. She knew what she intend to do when she left her house with that knife and she told the two women she was going to kill them WTH. Poor girl, she should have turn around and give her an @$$ whipping for coming into her yard because she was not given permission to come into her property and in return was trespassing at said time.
