Woman finds woman’s number in husband’s phone

A Christmas Day brawl between two women over a cellphone number allegedly found inside a common-law-husband’s phone ended when one woman was attacked and injured with a knife. The incident occurred on Humphrey’s Avenue in Burrell Boom. This morning, twenty nine year old Kimberlee Humphreys a resident of the village was arraign in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court where she was charged with three counts: one count of aggravated assault with a dangerous instrument, one count of wounding and one count of using threatening words upon Tricia Young. In court, Humphreys who was unrepresented appeared before Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer where she pleaded not guilty to the three charges and bail was offered to her in the sum of two thousand dollars plus one surety of the same amount which she was unable to meet at midday. In a report to police, twenty-eight year-old Tricia Young told police that she was walking along Humphreys Avenue, when Kimberlee Humphreys, her neighbor, approached her and asked her what her number was doing inside her husband’s cell phone. According to Young, that’s when the two of them began exchanging words. The verbal exchange resulted in a physical struggle. According to Young, that’s when Humphreys pulled out a knife and that’s when she received a cut wound underneath her left eye. When Young was observed by a doctor at a local hospital, it was noted that the doctor observed bruises to both her eyes. Humphreys was granted bail under the condition that she must stay away from Young since they are neighbors. Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer informed her that if she breaches the condition of her bail, she would be remanded to the Belize Central Prison. Kimberlee Humphreys is due back in on February twenty third.

Pretty sick. Why would a woman attack another woman in this case? it’s not the woman to blame at all. It’s the man who’s screwin around, and guess what kimber, maybe you should have just laughed in is face and leave him. fights won’t fixed anything.

How n where did it say he was screwing around..they are neighbors could have been an innocent reason for her number to be in his phone maybe this lady just an ignorant bembe ….are you sleeping with everyone whose phone number you have? just sayin’

While it is the man to blame for this altercation. Miss Young should not have given that
lady’s husband her number since she knows that he is involved in a relationship and
living with “Her Neighbour”! Where is her morals and respect for another human
being? There’s no excuse because she knew all along this guy is off limits! She is just
another Triffling Ho! These Little Hussies are walking around Belize destroying marriages
while not having any regards for the children whose lives they are ruining. Tricia Young
should find a single guy and leave good enough alone!
Not all this for a man….so potentially, you would kill a woman over a man that is obviously cheating on you. Why not ask the man, he’s the one that violated your relationship? Please grow up…I hope the kids weren’t a witness to this mess.

To everyone that got this news the wrong way.let me set it straight.the needs reported this. Story wrong from the start.I didn’t attack a person over a number.this woman was a constantly inserting her self into my life so much so as riding the bus I owned and worked on. Everyday she wed refuse topay iI had to get her ban try the transport department.Tricia. used to always call me and leave messages about me and my man.and these things went on for a year before this incident happened.as a matter of fact.the last call and TeX I received was Xmas morning.she didn’t know I was back in boom and that nite i confronted her.yes I bust her ass for the whole year of provocation but I didn’t have a knife.she fabricated the story and this is why she didn’t show up in court even after a bench warrant was issued for her.and channel five as for the part of your story saying I didn’t make bail.my bail was posted not five mins after the court adjourned.gat report err so that do their work and get facts.and ms smith u jus mad.
