“George Price: A Life Revealed” in London
In London this past Tuesday, attorney and author Godfrey Smith launched the book George Price: A life revealed. The event was organized by the Institute of Commonwealth Studies and the Institute for the Study of the Americas. A wide cross section of personalities including Belizeans living in the United Kingdom attended the launch, which was held at Senate House at the University of London. The publication was launched locally in December and has been well received. First prime minister, George Price passed away on September nineteenth, 2011 at the age of ninety-two.
George price was a humble man who just wanted the best for Belize. He has done unremarkable things that NO OTHER minister or leader of Belize will achieve.BOTH the PUP and UDP are making his hard work and dedication to the jewel go in vain because all they are doing is taking Belize 2 steps backwards everytime!!!!! Much RESPECT to the legendary GIANT!!!!!!!
