Social Security Board to meet on Insider Trading

The Social Security Board will meet this Friday. It will receive the report of an audit done by Pannell Kerr Forster on the allegations of the insider trading at the S.S.B. The future of Merlene Bailey, the C.E.O., is at stake. She remains on suspension since January eleventh when the board found that she had acted unethically by encouraging staff to reduce housing mortgages to fifty thousand dollars and under to benefit from a government write-off. Bailey had also reduced her own loan to participate in the program. The report from the auditors is already in the hands of the Chair, Lois Young, and from what is known, she has been meeting one on one with staff members. Certain members of the Board believe that Bailey should be removed because the scandal has undermined the integrity of the S.S.B., but on the other side of the coin, the Chair is of the view that she should only be required to apologize. As we said, the Board meets this Friday and a decision out of that meeting is highly anticipated.

I believe that what the UDP gov did was wrong. Who is he to decide on our money. Paying mortgage will not make him win this election. People of this era are not like before they have to see who is the ideal person before they can cast their ballots. So Mr. Prime Minister think wise the next time. and stop the corruption and the using peoples’ money
So what will the media say when and if Bailey Martinez is fired or forced to resign? Will they recant the words they have attributed to Lois Young? I bet not.

Ms. Bailey Martinez was considered as a person of the highest integrity, if the audit finds that she compromised her position, then she should do the honorable thing by resigning and give up all benefits which would have accrued to her at the end of her contract.

I believe the CEO would never place her name or those of her staff without previous clearance from the powers that be. Now she has beocme the sacrificial lamb!!!
