Meanwhile in the courtroom of Chief Magistrate Ann Marie Smith, a forty-five year old boat captain was convicted of molesting a thirteen-year-old girl. But Patrick August claims that the teenager framed him. The minor told the court that he touched her inappropriately on three occasions; in December 2010, June 2011 and April 2011. The minor also testified that he threatened to kill her if she reported the sexual assault. Chief Magistrate Smith was convinced by the evidence presented against August and found him guilty on three counts of Aggravated Assault of an Indecent Nature. He was sentenced to three years in prison for each count, but will only spend six years since the sentences for two counts are to run concurrently. August was also charged for Using Threatening Words, but that charge was withdrawn.
The 6 yrs that kreep,pervert gets for molesting the 13yrs old minor is hardly enough.He should of been gone for 10 straight yrs or more.There should be no sympathy for rapist no

The law should include castrating all sexual assailants. It’s the only way to prevent future offences.

Expose them for the scum they are. The 13yrs old child who told of her molester is a brave little girl who should be comended for telling someone what happen to her.
