19 year old charged for hitting cop with a bottle
A police constable was injured when he intervened in a fight at a polling station on Wednesday. And now, nineteen year old Willows Bank resident, Gian McFadzean, is facing charges of Aggravated Assault and Harm upon PC Kevin Broaster. According to Broaster, who was on duty in Double Head Cabbage on Election Day, McFadzean and another man got into a fight in the polling area. When he attempted to stop them, McFadzean allegedly hit him behind the head with a pint bottle. McFadzean was arraigned before Chief Magistrate Ann Marie Smith and he pleaded not guilty to both charges. He was granted bail of four hundred dollars with the conditions that he must not interfere with Broaster and he is to report weekly to the Bermudian Landing Police Station. The case was adjourned until April eleventh.

Gian seems to have no respect for the law nore the officers who enforce the laws.He assault a bze police officer with a pint bottle and is still alive. He can come to america and try something like that.
Ramirez or who the hell you are you dont know what happend so keep your comment to yourself…That officer was hit by mistake and he wasnt even on duty. Mr. Broaster assaulted a young man out their by hitting him in the face. But that is the thing with Belize, the officers believe they have the power to do whatever they like! Who should be plasted out their should be the stupid idiot that started the fight.
You have no liking for the police I can tell. But my statement stands.

At age 19 he is behaving this way? This is a serious crime! The sentence should be swift and fit the crime. If he has no respect for the person who represents the law of the land he should be thaught a less quick!
