Hit & Run Driver gives victim $20

Joseph Emmanuel Usher, a fifty-eight year old resident of Antelope Street was knocked down early Saturday morning. He has been in the hospital for several days following the incident. The family says the blow to his head is causing serious pain and he needs help. Jacqueline Usher told News Five that even though the person who knocked down her brother took him to the hospital, he left twenty dollars but not his name.

“I was trying to talk to him, but he was delirious and all he was asking about was the bicycle. He come in an ambulance then said the person who hit him dropped him off at the hospital. I asked him if he got the name of the person who hit him. He said no; that the person only dropped him off and gave him twenty dollars. I told him what’s twenty dollars—you got more money—what’s twenty dollars. And he has to get a CAT scan. So he start telling me he going out; he going down to investigate about this. But all I want is the person who hit him to come forward and help with medical expenses because…”

“He is under observation right now. He tells me that he is in a lot of pain in his head. They give him medication. When I went there yesterday, he wasn’t talking like first you know.”

think $20 is going to do? Yeah you took him to the hospital but you do not know the kind of damaged that he has sustained. If you so much as cared for a human being you should have left you name . Whoever you are is still considered tobea criminal because it is a HIT AND RUN.

The driver needs to go back and help some more. Apologize or go the police station and report the case. They will not kill you and you will not feel that burden on your soul. If you do not have a heart then you will remain in the run untill your turn comes around. Be nice to this man, please!
We need to have better laws that protects the victims of :hit and run,drinking and driving,breakings,rape,child abuse,abuse of autority so many that cant mention here.and yes they escape from our law but cant escape from Gods law.
