Is it an inside job? Murder of employee with cash
There was a murder shortly before four o’clock this afternoon on Custard Apple Street, off Fabers Road extension. The deceased, twenty-two year old Leron Johnson, was killed during a cold and calculated robbery. Apparently, Johnson was tasked to transport cash belonging to Cavetubing.com, a popular tour guide operation. It is believed that he was lured into the area of Custard Apple Street where it is alleged that his assailant shot and brutally gutted him. News Five spoke to one of Johnson’s emotional co-workers.

“I know Leron from when he was about one year old probably in his pampers. I grow up with him right back yah. He go dah my house in Corozal go look for me. I know him forever nearly and we work together. We drive them bus over there. and all I could say is he is hardworking and he never ever disrespect anybody ina his life. Ih gone do wah errand for the boss and ih mi di come back and I noh know what happen. I noh know.”

“Now it must be a very difficult time for you as a close friend of his. Explain the feeling to me of having to take his mother to the scene of this crime to identify the body. What is that feeling like?”

“Well I dah like wah son to Miss Lois. Well I noh know weh fi say. I feel more pain for she that I feel more pain fi me. And I just noh know how fi mi explain it to ahn or tell ahn weh happen. So I ker ahn fi gone see it and I gone see it too the same time. I neva believe it till I see it and she see it. and I mi wah drop and cry but I had to hold she up you understand.”

“I see ih deh ina the back of the police truck and right up yah full ah blood. I noh know what happen; I noh know dah what.”

“You guys were still on the job when this happened or were you guys getting ready to end the day?”

“We work from four o’clock dah morning. We’re hardworking. We deal with the cruise ship and after that we wash fi we bus and then we go home. and he just gone do wah lee errand and he mi wah come right back fi the rest of the day and finish.”

“So you guys were here working when you received information that he was killed?”

“Yes. We received information that he was knocked down. And then we get fi hear that dah noh knock down, but blood mi di come outta ahn. So I noh know if dah shot or stab or dah what happen to ahn. We just gone gawn see.”
Rumors are that Johnson could only have been targeted by someone he knew since his activities were only known by few. Residents in the area say they heard two shots.
The same rule must apply to all killers in the Jewel — catch him, and hang him high until he is dead. No mercy, no exceptions.
Hang these murderers high.Enough of this bs.

Enough, is enough, when are they going to start hanging these murderers, this country is shameless I never believe Belize would ever come to this. This is a murderers haven, all murderers in the world, if you want to commit a terrible crime come to belize and murder anybody, you won’t even serve any jail time, it is a free for all country, no respect for life. “Come one Come all.” They should put this as a comercial on all communication systems, and billboards around the country, because this is what it is in “Belize.” “Murderers Row.”

Every week we hear these sad and grievous situations and nothing comes out of it. My own brother was executed in the company of ‘so called’ friends in Ladyville’ and nothing ever comes out of it. Belizeans what will you do? God have mercy but when His vengeance reigns down on this nation, it will be nobody’s business. The wickedness of this nation is soon to reach the gates of heaven and we will reap what we have sown.
God our heavenly father will bring justice to the killer on judgment day. He knows and has seen it all.
