Witnesses amnesia leads to flopped murder case

Today in the Supreme Court, the murder trial against twenty-eight year old Denvoy Domingo ended with his acquittal after Justice Herbert Lord instructed a jury of seven women and five men to find him not guilty. Domingo was accused of the murder of twenty-seven year old Jermaine Smart, which occurred back in August of 2007. Prosecutor Triennia Young called three main witnesses—all gang affiliates—who took the stand and in a case of what appeared to be amnesia, they forgot the crucial events on the night of the murder. As a result Domingo’s attorney, Dickie Bradley made a no case submission. Justice Lord upheld the submission and Domingo was a free man. The murder occurred back on August twenty-ninth, 2007 in front of New Choice Grocery located on Cemetery Road. Smart, a.k.a. “San San,” was standing at Fuller’s Alley in front of the grocery store, when two men approached him and one man opened fired. He was hit multiple times: once to the right ankle, right inner thigh, right elbow, right arm, right side of the body three times to the back. Three witnesses, all with Mayflower’s Street addresses, namely; Kendis Flowers, Jervis Valencia and Joseph Panting gave statements to the police back in 2007 claiming that they saw Domingo murder Smart.
the crime above occurred in 2007. that was 5 years ago!!!! its very plausible that the witnesses may have forgotten the events of the night.
stereotypically, they were probably high and drinking at the moment anyway.

WOW…….one more Accused murderer walked free once again…….the justice system in the country of BELIZE……its like u can kill anybody n walk away n dont even think about u gonna get caught….thats y these KILLERS are bold….even bolder than the COPS……But if its Karma n he’s innocent?….only GOD have the calling on that one….but GANGSTER of the streets of BELIZE are the one putting a time line on their Prey…….I just hope DENVOY get out BELIZE ASAP!!!!!
