Life behind bars for convicted killer

Life behind bars! That was the sentence for twenty-two year old Emmerson Eaghan who was convicted for the June 2009 killing of thirty-five year old Dennis Nembhard. Nembhard was senselessly gunned down while walking home between Flamboyant and Oleander Street in the Saint Martin de Porres Area of Belize City. Eaghan was convicted on Monday for the murder and Justice Adolph Lucas handed done the sentence just after ten this morning. Justice Lucas imposed a life imprisonment term from the day of conviction. On Monday, Eaghan was found guilty, after the only evidence to the murder of Nembhard came from a statement given in 2009 by Shelmadine Sanchez who was violently killed, a year after she witnessed the murder. The statement gave a detailed account of what transpired prior to the fatal shooting. This is the first murder conviction for the year 2012.
He should have been hanged. He murdered, and I’m willing to bet he had a direct hand in having two witnesses murdered. He is of less than no value to society, and should hang to serve as an example to everyone.
This should have been done a long time ago.look at how brandon smith and the others got off that murder case when they kidnapped Randy Coye and stabbed him sodomized him with a piece of stick, hit him in the head with a tomb stone then shot him to death and leave his body there in the cemetery .and many other murder’s that went like that .this child was my cousin and i saw his body so i how he was and they bragged about what they did and about he squirmed when they pushed the stick up before they killed him.

We should have these people committed to some scientific place and extract their organs and used on people who are more productive. We should make money off them by selling them in parts verses feeding them in prison.
