Marijuana at Lim Ni Punit and in New River
Drug busts were made in the north and south over the past few days. On Monday afternoon at around three-thirty, a team of officers from the Ladyville Police Sub-Formation conducted a search in an isolated area in the New River Lagoon, Orange Walk District. They discovered a marijuana plantation that contained three hundred and ninety-eight plants, ranging from eight to thirty-two inches in height. The marijuana plants were up rooted and destroyed by fire, but no suspects were found in the area. Meanwhile in Toledo on Sunday, twenty-five year old Herman Pop was arrested and charged for Drug Trafficking. A Special Constable stationed at the Nim Li Punit Archeological site reported that shortly before six a.m. he was driving through Golden Stream Village when he spotted Pop, a resident of Silver Creek Village. A search of his person yielded four hundred and twenty-four grams of cannabis.

MARIJUANA is NOT A DRUG…it is A HERB, grown naturally from ground and needs no processing.
