A seventy-two year old fugitive from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin was caught in Guatemala in February 2011. Roland J. Flath was wanted for “traveling in foreign commerce and engaging in and attempting to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.” He was charged in absentia in the Wisconsin court in October 2010 for the offense which was committed in 2006, when he came to Belize and molested a minor. Today, at a federal court appearance in Milwaukee, Flath pleaded guilty to molesting the Belizean minor. He has not yet been sentenced, but he faces a maximum penalty of up to thirty years in prison and a two hundred and fifty dollar fine. The case is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse, which was launched in 2006 by the US Department of Justice. Flath’s criminal record includes charges for Possession of Child Pornography and Sexual Assault of a Child.
I still think all convicted perverts should be castrated. But prisons in the States are serious affairs, so he will receive some meaningful punishment.
Good they will lock him up. He was also caught with a gun years ago. He is the owner of Copper Bank Inn in Copper Bank, Corozal and the government should confiscate his property and give it to the child.

Too many privileges in the U.S. prisons. He needs to serve the time in the prison in the country where he committed the crime and then I bet he’ll think before he tried it again. You have to realize they get 3 meals in the U.S. prisons, gym, t.v, cable, education, medical (all the things that some decent hardworking people can’t afford), etc. ………., they go to these countries and commit their crimes because people are gullible.
Sexual exploitation of a minor is serious business, I hope the courts in Wisconson sentenced him to many years behind bars, possibly he shd die there
I met this guy many years ago in a restaurant with 4 to 5 diferent kids (girls) and is sad because the mothers were drinking and eating along with him. I asked and they told me that he was celebrating the birthday of one of the girls.
