Bainsville resident charged for 10 pounds of weed
A resident of the Bainsville Area on the Western Highway has finally been arrested and charged after more than ten pounds of weed were allegedly found inside his house back on May seventh. This morning, thirty-nine year old Wallace Rubio was taken before Senior Magistrate, Sharon Frazer to answer to a charge of Drug Trafficking. He pleaded not guilty and while the prosecutor objected to bail due to the quantity of the marijuana, Senior Magistrate Frazer still offered bail of eight thousand dollars. But Rubio could not meet bail and has been remanded to the Belize Central Prison. His next court date is set for August seventh when a separate criminal matter will also be heard.

Why bail for drug traffickers? They are poisoning our nation and destroying our children. I’d hang them, if I were ever elected King.
