Suspicious behavior leads to illegal gun arrest
In the courts, twenty-three year old Michael Dawson was arraigned this morning after being busted on Sunday night with an unlicensed firearm. Police say that at around nine-forty-five that night, officers on mobile patrol in the area of Mayflower and Ebony Streets noticed Dawson behaving suspiciously. The policemen reportedly approached and informed him that he would be searched. They found one Argentinean Bersa Thunder nine millimeter pistol loaded with ten live rounds of ammunition tucked in his pants waist. Dawson appeared before Magistrate Dale Cayetano and was charged with “kept firearm without a gun license” and “kept ammunition without a gun license”. He pleaded not guilty to both charges and has been remanded until his next court appearance on October twenty-third.

20 yrs for gun + 20 yrs for ammo = 20 yrs concurrently. GOB either double the penalty for crime or scrap this concurrently nonsense.
Look at that finger man, must be pisted he got busted
BMNJ, better, penalty should run concurrently in case of guilty plead. How can this guy be so idiot to pleaded not guilty when he had the pistol in his pants? He should get double only for pleading not guilty
ouagadoudou, great idea!!
