As the details unravel, it has been confirmed that up to six Belizeans were detained during the raid in Merida. In addition to Samer Safa, George Abdalah Elders, Yasser Safa, his wife and two children were also detained. Yasser and his family have been released. He spoke to News Five via phone on Tuesday and he said although his name has been involved in various activities in the past, he is no terrorist and he doesn’t know anything of Allaboun’s experience or contacts in Belize.

From what we gather, Yasser’s wife and children are already back in Belize. Yasser is said to be in Merida, where Samer is detained.
I have heard that the Corozal Free Zone has a lot of Labanese businessman (terrorist sleeper cells) operating many stores in the zone. Some of these persons own up to 10 or 15 stores.

He was “caught” in Panama for selling drugs? They could not prove anything? He must think everyone is stupid. You can pay off the Panamanian police like you can pay off corrupt police in Belize.
