Cane farmer shot several times

Crime is also on the increase up north where in Corozal the murder stats have increased over last year. A cane farmer of Corozal Town remains in critical condition after being shot several times on Friday night by a lone gunman. Felix Santoya was ambushed in front of his home as he exited his vehicle. The fifty-one year old man had only just parked his Chevrolet truck at his residence when his assailant opened fire.  When the shooting subsided Santoya had been hit multiple times in the left forearm and lower back.

“On Friday the nineteenth, at approximately 7:15 or 7:25 p.m. thereabout, Corozal police visited the Corozal Community Hospital where they saw Felix Santoya, fifty-one year old Belizean cane farmer of Santa Rita Layout suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  Investigations reveal that at approximately 7:20 on the nineteenth, Felix Santoya arrived home in his Chevy pickup truck and upon exiting his vehicle he was fired upon several times by a male of brown complexion, causing his injuries.  The criminal then fled the scene on a bicycle Police investigations continue.”

    So now they barrow and company is putting someone with a tie to give the bad news of murders and crime we don’t care about that barrow we want him to come out and say what you are going to do about crime this is what the belizean people want to hear don’t put a tie on a person and believe this will take care of our concerns what we want to hear is you barrow uttering the words I resign as of today I can’t handle my job I am impotent on crime my gov. Is too corrupt and incompetent therefore as of today I resign my post.
