Yorke arraigned for Electric Avenue murder
In court today, the murder case of forty-three year old David Myvette was heard. Myvette was callously murdered on Electric Avenue last Wednesday while working on the job. And today, twenty-seven year old Berry Street resident, Leon Yorke was arraigned for his murder. Yorke appeared before Chief Magistrate Anne Marie Smith and he was charged. No plea was taken and Yorke was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until December eleventh. Myvette was gunned down in broad daylight sometime around ten that morning. Myvette was supervising workmen at the site on Electric Avenue when two men emerged and opened fire on him; at least ten bullets made their mark on his body.

Hopefully witnesses will show up and this garbage will be convicted and condemned. And quickly and publicly hanged.
All the hoopla about the “Crime Ridden Areas” will be wasted if the killers aren’t killed in their turn. What makes Belize unsafe is that the murderers are still alive. When they are dead, we will be safe again. Let’s begin with this one.
Hang him hang him high
And he’s smiling! How pathetic?
Electricute this fool,he don’t need to be arraingned.
Electrocute the fool yes….look how he’s smiling… obviously he has not heart…no life; no regards/value of the human life…. we dont need him among us…..
And please Mr. Police constable…please present all your evidences, make sure you dot all your “I’s ” and cross all your “T”…. or this will be another unsolved case where you had the killer but because of your poor sloppy inadequacy he’ll be acquitted….walking free to killl agian and again
