K-9 unit sniffs out cocaine in Placencia
A special joint operation by the K-nine unit and Placencia Police yielded a significant amount of cocaine early this morning. The first find was a kilo of cocaine, followed by another quantity of marijuana. As the operation continued, things got more interesting and the officers dug up eight packs of crack cocaine in different locations on the peninsula. The drugs, however, were found on public properties and no arrests were made since no one was around at the time of the discoveries.
Give that dog a bone!
I’m glad to see operations moving out of Belize City. This time they seem to have taken a good bite out of some criminal’s inventory. Good job all around!
Good job, go find some more. Drugs do not only ruin the users life, it hurts families, the community and the country. It is time for stronger sentences for drug dealers. I don’t understand how they could keep selling this drugs and see what it is doing to the people, have we lost our conscience. I look at the people who are on this drugs and their minds are gone, they are just empty shells walking around, how can you see this and keep on selling this awful stuff.
OMG! This is the first time I read about the K-9 actually finding something. This is good news. Great job K-9 Unit.
The K9 Unit has been actively deploying for over 2 months now and have made numerous drug and firearm finds. Meth at the western border, guns at the northern border and weed & cocaine everywhere. You can cook it, you can grow it, and you can hide it BUT K9 will find it! Good Boys Law Dawgs!
Drug traffickers sell poison and death — police should force them to consume whatever drugs they are caught with. If they live through that, then on to prison.
