CitCo: Birds in Battlefield pose health issues
If you’ve ever been on Albert or Regent Streets after five, it’s hard to miss the huge flock of birds that congregate at Battlefied Park. And as News Five’s Janelle Chanona reports, it’s a situation that is both ugly and unhealthy.

Every night hundreds of blackbirds descend on the downtown area, roosting in the trees of the historic Battlefield Park and on surrounding structures.
And while the flock of birds is an interesting sight, the resulting sounds and other bi-products are another issue.
