Humberto Garcia; alleged attempted murderer
In the courts, Humberto Garcia, a twenty-eight year old construction worker of Rhaburn Ridge Village, was charged for the March twenty-first 2012 attempted murder of twenty-nine year old Francisco Sosa in which Sosa was shot three times. Garcia was captured last week after nine months on the lam. When he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court, he was charged with attempted murder, dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm. Bail was denied and Garcia was remanded to prison until March fourth. There were two others reportedly involved in the violence against Sosa; Edgardo Deras and Daniel Landevarde.

The law should provide that attempted murderers will be punished the same as successful murderers. The only difference is poor marksmanship; the evil heart is the same.
@Storm, I like your response, it was only that the bullets did not hit the right target area or Sosa would have been dead as a doornail. The three of them deserve life in prison and not given another chance to next time kill somebody.
