Men charged for stolen Ministry of Health vehicle, walk free
It made the headlines when a Government vehicle was stolen from a compound of the Ministry of Health last May eighth. A man caught on surveillance camera, dressed in camouflage clothing walked into the compound and drove off with the 2009 Toyota Hilux Pick-up truck, assigned to the Ministry. Three persons were charged: police officer Marvin Wade, his brother, Jason Wade and their cousin Herwin Godoy for taking a motor vehicle without authority and handling stolen goods. But when their case came up this morning before Magistrate Hettie Mae Stuart; the court prosecution told the court that they have no evidence against the men. The three, were then free to go. According to Bryan Neal, attorney for the men, witnesses for the prosecution case did not link the men to the stolen vehicle.

The biggest prosecutorial disgrace yet — the crime is on video, yet they have “no evidence”!!! Follow the money to figure out this result, and prosecute the prosecutor.
What other witness did the court need. these people were seen on security camera taking the vehicle. One of them is a policeman, so is he going to get his job back. We are the laughing stock of Central America. Go on men you have just been given the ok to be a criminal.
@Al and @Storm u both sum it up well. The court system is a disgrace.
what happen to the one that also disappear from Western Regional Hospital??? look like that one gone into the air no one was ever caught
Seriously!
Typical, scary, disgraceful. And sad.
