Shooting leads to Moody’s attempted murder charge
Over the weekend, twenty year old Albert Moody, a resident of Jane Usher Boulevard, was detained in connection with the shooting of Kent Moss. When he appeared before Magistrate Anne Marie Smith, Moody was slapped with three charges: attempted murder, grievous harm and use of deadly means of harm. Bail was denied and Moody was remanded to Central Prison until March eighth. On January fifteenth, Moss, a laborer of a Freedom Street address, was conversing with a friend on a verandah on Raccoon Street when a lone gunman came up from behind the house and fired several shots in their direction. Moss was hit three times to the body and was rushed by ambulance to the K.H.M.H.

Hasn’t Moody been arrested once or twice before in connection with gun violence? Some reporter should check what happened with those cases.
Staying in prison until he dies seems about right to me. Decent folks shouldn’t have to worry about running into violent criminals like that.
