Smith; claims to be a minor, but charged for murder

Eighteen year old Paul Smith was charged today for the March murder of Frank Neal. Smith originally claimed that he was seventeen, but he was brought back to court today from the Wagner’s Facility and arraigned as an adult before Chief Magistrate Anne Marie Smith. Neal was gunned down by a lone gunman while purchasing journey cakes on Cairo Street near its intersection with Glen Street. He fell into a nearby drain and died on the spot. Smith was remanded to the Belize Central Prison and he is to reappear in court on July fourth, 2013.
Hang all murderers but this no good pm and gov doesn’t care about the people of Belize now over 1600 people have been killed since this pm and gov. Have been in power and they couldn’t care less all they worry about is where they can thief next.
This is what Belize needs to worry about, the rate of murder, the amount of them that walks free, the child molesters that also walks the street preying on our young kids, and dont ask about the pedophiles disguised as priests!!! We are in the state we are in because we cannot see the forest for the trees..but we will raise hell and high water for a bunch of people that just want to live their lives in peace, they are not the ones committing any murder or raping our children of their innocents..wake up Belize!!!

Whatever his age, old enough to murder is old enough to die. Let him hang like a man.
