Safa wants to come home free from suspicions of Hezbollah

The alleged terrorist suspect who took the identity of a Mennonite Wilhelm Dyck that died shortly after childbirth has been released from prison. In August 2012, a Belizean passport, driver’s license and birth certificate, were all issued to the alleged Hezbollah associate, Raffic Labboun.  Labboun, an American citizen of Lebanese descent, was initially released on June twenty-ninth, 2012, after completing a prison sentence for international credit card fraud, said to have been connected to Hezbollah’s fundraising efforts. He violated his parole, but was tracked by the Central Intelligence Agency in both Mexico and Belize. He was arrested in last September in Merida, Yucatan. The ease of access he received in Belize to official immigration documents, made it necessary for the passport office to close and restructure. During his arrest in Mexico, a Belizean family was caught up in the case after Labboun was introduced to Yasser Safa, a Belizean of Lebanese descent. Safa, his brother, wife and children had relocated to Merida to start a new life. The meeting with Labboun raised suspicions that Safa himself might be a terrorist. But since Labboun was released from prison on May tenth, Safa has contacted News Five to express that he has no charges related to the Labboun incident. Labboun is a free man and Safa says he also wants his family’s name cleared from suspicion. Safa sent News Five photos of himself in Merida because he wants people to know his face and to see that he has no relation to Labboun other than a chance meeting via the Lebanese community. He hopes to return to Belize free from suspicion.

    >Labboun was released from prison on May tenth…

    from a US prison.
why was he not extradited to Belize for passport fraud?
he needs to be in Hattieville.

Who sold Labboun the passport and driver’s license?
    obviously a government corruption officer.
Must go pretty high up for GOB to bury this money transaction.
