Barber’s secret ingredient in baker’s bread was marijuana

Justin Richards

Today a man convicted of trying to smuggle marijuana inside the Belize Central Prison escaped becoming an inmate there after he was ordered to pay a fine. Twenty-four year old Justin Richards was caught in February 2012 with one hundred and sixty-one grams of cannabis stashed inside two Sunny and Tan buns he was trying to get into the prison. In Court this morning, Richards changed his previous not guilty plea to guilty and threw himself on the mercy of the court. He told Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer that he has to take care of his grandmother and pleaded with her for a fine instead of jail time. So for his conviction for drug trafficking Richards was ordered to pay two thousand dollars by the end of October. If he does not do so he will serve three years in prison.

Any guesses on how he will pay his fine. Yap, sell more drugs. This drugs epidemic is so bad. Drugs is robbing us of a whole generation.

  2. Eye in the Sky says:

Don,t these people realize that their drug use is what gets most people into prison in the first place. Just say no to drugs and your life will be better.
