Belize was a pitstop for another serial killer

A Utah born serial killer, linked to eleven murders in the U.S., was in Belize for a month in 2005. Israel Keyes slit his wrists In December 2012 while incarcerated for a murder in Anchorage, Alaska. According to reports in the international media, between 2001 to 2008 Keyes traveled to Canada, Mexico and Belize. The FBI’s statement said (Quote) “it is unknown if he committed any homicides while outside of the United States.” (Unquote)  While constructing a timeline of his travels, the FBI determined that Keyes flew into Belize from Los Angeles International Airport on October third, 2005 and flew out on October thirty-first, 2005. There is also the more infamous case of the ‘Grim Sleeper’ Lonnie Franklin who visited Belize on several occasions. His targets in the U.S.A. were young women and prostitutes. A relative of one of the young girls whose unsolved murders were attributed to Jack, claimed to have seen him near their home.
