Penner tells News Five he has not resigned

The situation remains very fluid as to any resignation by Elvin Penner. A few minutes ago, News Five spoke to Penner by phone. Penner said the following… first, he clarified that he has not resigned and does not intend to do so until he has conferred with his people. He also told News Five that the support for him is stronger than ever and if that stands, he will continue to represent Cayo Northeast.

People seem to believe that this man is still a religious man since he is from the menonite community. However lot of people don’t know that this man is an outcast of Spanish lookout community because he is married to Hispanic wife which is not acceptable to the community. so he lives in the outskirts of the community.
