Female bar own charged for the common assault of a businesswoman

Delgy Vasquez

A female bar owner who allegedly attacked a businesswoman was today before the court to answer to two criminal charges.  Twenty-four year old Delgy Vasquez from Ladyville was read charges of common assault upon Veronica Pacheco and damage to property in respect of Pacheco’s dress.  Allegations are that on October eighteenth, 2013, whilst at Roses bar which she co-manages, Vasquez committed a common assault upon Pacheco and caused damages to her dress. Pacheco claims that she was attacked twice at the bar by Vasquez who is now out on bail and is due to return to court on December sixth, 2013.

  1. fashion police says:

First off we need to see the dress she tore off, because if it is anything like what has been spotted around here I think Vasquez needs to be rewarded rather than charged. For all we know, Pacheco’s dress was an abomination and Vasquez was doing society a favor by ripping it.

Next, since they work in a bar and the floor is slippery, whose to say Vasquez didn’t trip and grabbed onto the nearest thing to break her fall, which was Pacheco’s dress.

Last, but not least, Elvin Penner signed off on this case so we know it’s legit!
