Menzies says his agenda is God’s agenda

Patrick Menzies

Approximately ninety percent of those gathered are naturalized Belizeans so we asked Menzies if he was taking advantage of those persons or was he pushing his own agenda. Menzies says that his agenda is God’s agenda.

Patrick Menzies, Activist

“Very good question and it is a good question; a needed question. What agenda can I have? I am an American. I am not running, I despise both red and blue. I have no agenda. God sent me here. Honestly I own no land, I own no house, I own nothing. I am only here because god sent me. I have my stuff packed. I can jump in my truck and take off. My kids don’t get this trash in the U.S., but I am a Belizean and the good lord sent me here. You see these people here? You tell me which constitution is written in Spanish; you tell me if the gender policy is in Spanish; you tell me if section one-o-one is in Spanish. And the government is so disrespectful.  I am the director of Jasmine Alert for crying out loud; I paid for the program. I brought it to Belize. Why didn’t these women’s rights people think about the Amber Alert way back before I got here, but the kids are dying and no one doing nothing about it? They care so much? Let’s be real.  I don’t smoke oregano; you’ve heard it before. I don’t swallow trash. I am a Belizeans by birth and I will stand up for the rights of my country and people that are talking out there don’t talk until you read. Ignorance isn’t necessary; speak with knowledge.”

Menzies says his next stop is in San Ignacio.

If the NGP was in Spanish it would be a lot harder for you to deceive your followers by LYING to them about its contents, “professor”.

Hey Menzies! I would like to see you fight against corruption and crime with vigor. I do not agree with or support homosexuality. I also do not agree with or support some of the ideas of my parents and friends but I do not seek to criminalize them for a difference of opinion. I bet you cannot find a single person who believes crime and the illegal behavior of elected officials are good behavior; so which of these you think need more attention? But your effort where you and all of Belize will get a bigger bang for the buck!

  4. CAS says:

Why don’t you fight corruption CEO. Stop talk the talk and walk the walk. What are you doing to fight corruption??? That is the big question. If you die at this moment, what have you done for your country other than make sure you and your family survives in Belize. So you can get more informed, check all the issues this man has tackled. Stop gaat big mouth and put yo foot weh yo mouth go Mista.
