Dangriga Belize Bank Administrative Officer charged with theft

A whopping amount of two hundred and seventy thousand dollars went missing from the Dangriga Branch of the Belize Bank between 2008 and 2013 for which Administrative Officer Rosalva Kotch, has been charged for theft. Kotch was taken to court on Tuesday and because she could not meet, she was kept overnight in custody until Wednesday when she met bail and was free to go.

This woman should have run for a government seat and then steal from the governments piggy bank, she would not be charged.
Of course she met bail!! She already stole $275,000 so she had plenty of money for bail!!!

Kishore, I’ve seen where auditors and accountants becomes real good buddies so that maybe explains why a certain shrimp company gone bottoms up. Audited report don’t play any role right now, anything goes. This lady probably read that the top officials of the country are taking and getting away with it and probably felt that she would get away too. Not so with the banks baby. See that’s people’s money and they have to give account of it to them. Just as how we should have the government give us account of our monies. It’s not theirs, they are put there to manage it but they all get in there and believe it’s theirs. SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE NEED TO MAPE A PUBLIC EXAMPLE OF THE BIG THIEVES IN GOVERNMENT. THIS IS GETTING SOOOOO SICKENING.
to dean barrow if this young lady would be a minister he’d say it’s not corruption but distasteful and would not apologies either rather than say “for God sakes stop it man” . So why a common thief is hurled to the court, why those well educated thieves in gov. just get the slap in the hand and life keeps rolling like nothing. Some food for the thought. actually we should say what the hell is going on in the gov. ruling our country?
Why was she granted bail? She may flee the country!
