Two new opposition Senators to be appointed by the PUP
The People’s United Party will be holding a press briefing on Thursday to announce the appointment of two new senators. From what we can gather unofficially, Attorney at law, Anthony Sylvestre Junior, the legal advisor to the People’s United Party, will be formally named senator. Sylvestre has filled in as Senator when the substantive senators have been unavailable for sittings. Joining him will be Belmopan standard bearer, Patrick Andrews. The third opposition senator, Attorney Lisa Shoman will remain as lead senator for the Opposition. Outgoing senators, Collet Montejo and Karen Bodden, will be succeeded by Sylvestre and Andrews. The two new senators have the support of the P.U.P. executive and formalities in respect of their appointment are being finalized with the Office of the Governor General.

Shoulda been a lawyer. Lol!
Congratulations and good luck to you both. May you serve Belize well.
Waste of time – both of them
Yes, both of them are “was a time” with capital letters.
