  1. KA says:

hanging should be brought to those ……… we d kill each other!!!!!!!!!!

  2. T Thomas says:

I believe that hanging should me brought back especially for the police them that are now committing the crimes. Also for those raping and molesting innocent child and for those committing brutal murder. By hanging people the country will be a much better and safer place for every one. It will benefit us in many ways: people will think twice before breaking the law, government will be paying less money in the management of the prisons, People will starting doing more agricultural work in order to get food instead of robbing other people, tourist will find Belize as a safe place to be once again and we will have and increase on tourist visits to Belize.

When citizens of Belize starts to realize that they will be punished for the crime that they committed the will take the example form what will take place it they commit such crime and they will be a decrease in the crime rate for Belize. When they hang one person the others will take head and they will hold back from committing such act as crime.

  3. Catarina Choco says:

I too, believe that the capital punishment should be brought back in this country. In that way believe me there would be lest crime happening in this country. The criminal all have to suffer they same way they have people out there falling there precious tear day and night moaning for there love ones or families. this is the time we should all support the this idea don’t let humans right get into this anymore, because why? the innocent people that have been killed they too have rights to this country.

  4. Better Belize says:

    Mr. Dean Barrow,

Belize is a democratic country and we Belizeans demand “capital punishment…

I think it is clear what Belizeans want….”WE WANT CAPITAL PUNISHMENT TO BE RE INSTATED!!!” You can see the cry of Belizeans, therefore, I hope you do not continue deaf or blind oh how Belize is being destroyed.

To quickly illustrate, China has approximately 1.3 billion citizens and the crime rate is very low! Why? because criminals are executed, get shot for the crimes against the State!

USA STATE DEPARTMENT “CRIME: China’s overall crime rate remains low” http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1089.html

There different forms of killing this criminals (hanging, lethal injection or being shot)

There are several benefits of capital punishment: slow down the murders, safer place to invest and visit, tranquility to citizens, no need to invest in the prisons, the criminal will not be able to commit another crime again

Nevertheless, a person should be killed if he is guilty without a reasonable doubt!!!

Ignore Human Rights or ask them how to address the high crime rates!!! they just want to interfere but do not provide immediate solutions.

we need short, medium and long term measures to tackle the crime in Belize….Many will disagree but we need alternatives and not only criticize:

    Short-Term:

1.) Marshall Law, Curfew: people cannot be on the streets after 9:00pm
2.) Random searches for suspected individuals
3.) Shoot to Kill when a criminal caught on the act is shooting back to security forces

    Medium-term:

1.) More BDF and officers on the streets patrolling
2.) Belize need undercover Security Officers on Strategic Location
3.) Better weapons for the security forces

    Long-term:

    1.) Reinstate “Capital Punishment”
2.) Have social programs to prevent teenagers in getting involved in gangs activities
3.) When convicted, the prisoner should be forced to work to win his/her food

WHAT OTHER ALTERNATIVES WOULD YOU SUGGEST???

  5. Star says:

Hanging is not punishment. It’s a legalized form of murder. You want to punish someone for a heinous crime, sentence them for life. Taking away their freedom for the rest of their life is torture, and they have enough time to think about what they will never have. Individuals serving life sentences or convicted of murder, do not get parole.

  6. Greg says:

I hope you all know, and that channel 5 knows, that we still have the death penalty in Belize. It’s just that no one has been hanged since the 1980s because it is a lengthy and expensive procedure for the state to KILL someone.

  7. Frank Rhys jr 3 says:

If hanging is brought back then what? What would you do if you find you or one
of your family members on death row for some crime they are totally innocent off?
It is true that this situation in Belize is out of control, but it’s only common sense.
(Poverty) The rich is getting richer and the poor is getting poorer. That’s the problem
with these so call educated people, always trying to solve the problems instead of the
cause. Once more (Poverty breeds frustrations and frustrations breeds crime). Their
is a big difference between a Political criminal and common criminal. The former commits
crimes because (he cannot and will never be satisfied), the latter 95% because of force situation.

Power to the People (YHWH Tsebaoth)

  8. Texan says:

Do what we do in Texas, give the people the right to protect them self. When people want to take from you, you have all right to kill them. The law should be in the hands of the people and the government should be on the people side. Belize needs to step in the right direction, I say kill them all, send them to God.

  9. strictly says:

i believe that we should not end someones life just liek that we didnt give them life so we shal not taketh away from them even though there is a strong possibility that they took a life we should forgive and forget turn the other cheek and send them to jail for life and torture them day by day to let them feel how it is to hurt someone!!!!!!

  10. Elgin Martinez says:

Lets stop support the criminal element in Belize and hang these clungs.

  11. Melvin Ivan says:

Crimals have better life here in Belize, they are protected by the police force and the government…….there needs something to be done fast,if we take the law into our own hands and kill someone in trying to defend ourselves we will be taken to jail. There are so much corrupt police officers that with money they will make the inocent pay for it.who can we trust?

  12. OWinNICARAGUA says:

It is sad that thingd like these are happening in our beloved country. I do stand for capital punishment but I think that we should consider the fact that what if one of us was accused of a crime that we did not commit its sad that maybe because we brought back the ropes we might die… Im really confused but i think that the rotten government who have been influenced by greed and so called power should be dealth with seriously… Its sad to say BELIZE has become such a thing… Do we really want to let BELIZE be compared to those other countries where violence and corruption have prevaled??? NO!!!!! Belize should be known as the peaceful and more diplomatic country. Lets face it we can forgive but we can never forget!!!!

  13. Kelly C says:

I think that hanging should be drought back because people in Belize are taking killing for a game and i dont think that people lives should go like that. I think that to every killing there is some type of evedence to give some type of justice to the victims famely cause some times inocent people get hurt,as a Belizean i think that the justice system needs to be more keen at what they do because there is a lot of crimenals who get free of a morder charge when they have eye witness to proov thay they did it but are afraid to apear at court, because of there safety they do not appear . The police know these things but in Belize once u have money you can walk fee off a muder charge .I think that the primenister should try to invest in a labetory for crime and investegation insted of some thing that would not bring justic to the inocent people of Belize.

  14. Omar Ayuso says:

Capital Punishment is just another word for Legal Murder…it never worked and it never will, especially in Belize, the land of the “ongoing investigation by so-called police officers, the majority of whom are just borderline literate young men and women who had no other option but to join the force in order to survive…no offense to those few really good career policemen in our police force. I must agree with Frankie Rhys…the problem in Belize is simple…Grassroots Economics. Would one of these militant proponents of “an eye for an eye” mentality please tell me what we would have done with our former Prime Minister after he and his co-horts stole US $10M from the Belizean people and dished it out like hot Johnny Cakes in a desperate bid to secure votes to keep them in power? How is that crime different from that of a young impoverished kid who slips a note to a cashier, flashes a gun and walks out with BZ $3,000? And who do we hang…the white collar criminal or the blue colllar criminal? And to my fellow Belizean from Texas…I have news for you brethren. I also live in Texas, and in the last 5 yrs alone at least 5 men have been released from jail after DNA testing revealed they were wrongly convicted. My question is: what if the DA had won a capital punishment case against these poor men? Would the governor have scribbled a note of apology and sent a US flag to the victims’ family? And who’s gonna pay these men back for their lives lost behind bars?

My house in Orange Walk was burglarized several times the last time I was there…in two of the cases I actually knew the thieves and was personally able to recover some of the stolen items only after I promised the people who had bought the goods that I wasn’t interested in pressing charges. Who would want to rely on a police department whose officers routinely put a bag over suspects head and hit them in strategic places in order to extract a confession? (I believe on the streets this procedure is called “being fatigued by the babylon”). Which of us hasn’t called for police assistance only to have them show up without even a flashlight…or a pen and notebook to record testimony? And this is the system some of us want to blindlly entrust our civil liberties to? This is the system we want to turn into the Nazi SS, imposing curfews, executing random searches, shooting to kill, breaking our doors down without search warrants?

Give some equal rights and justice to the poor and the rich people wouldn’t need a weapon to protect themselves. Come on people…reflect…has anyone ever heard of the Kings Park gang? or the Coney Drive gang? or the Princess Margaret Posse? No!! But we’ve all heard of Majestic Alley, George Street, Kraal Rd, etc. right? The answer to our jewel’s problems is so obvious Stevie Wonder could see it…equal rights, equal opportunity, social upliftment, access to education, access to jobs, stronger family values, civic pride, community involvement, affordable health care and the list goes on. Why are there so many Chiney Man shops and chinese restaurants on just about every street block on the Southside selling liquor, cigarettes, grease-bags, rolling paper and condoms? Why aren’t there more sporting facilities, libraries, theaters, schools, banks, etc? Show me a disenfranchised youth riding around on a bicycle on the southside and I’ll show you a child who comes from a broken family, probably raised by a powerless grandparent while a single parent is here in the States trying to survive. As a child I grew up respecting my parents, more so my mother, who raised us strictly while my father brought in the bread. We sat down as a family three times a day to pray, eat and share laughs and life’s experiences. All my mother had to do in the evenings was call our names and we’d come running to “wash our feet and drink tea”…is it any wonder then that I didn’t pick up a gun and ride to the neighborhood store to jack someone of their belongings? These kids nowadays have no direction, know no discipline, respect no one…and we all bear the collective blame…all of us…lock, stock and barrel!

Our country is being led by brain-dead leaders who have no vision other than how to win another election…and they are being sent to Independence Hill and granted the power to continue doing nothing every time we vote them into power. Instead of voting blindly along party lines, we need to start demanding responsible action from our leaders. Rather than posturing and grandstanding in the House, banging on the tables like spoilt schoolchildren whenever the class clown says something funny…why can’t our leaders come up with viable options for our children living in misery in the ghettos? How can these ministers sleep at night knowing some Belizean children are out late at night selling bread, patties or simply begging for a shilling by Save U Supermarket? How can our minister of Home Affairs stand by idly while his ComPol talks about “shooting to kill” and “asking questions later”? Is that his only alternative?

If it is…then heaven help us all…Belize dah Love…get up stand up my people…life is real…

  15. STREET JUSTICE. says:

I strongly believe that hanging convicted criminals should be brought back, but sadly the same evil minded, corrupted people(Dean Barrow and followers: Jeffries etc.) who are incharge now might still be incharge then and if not then more than likely 1 of their relatives, cuz thats how Belize has been running for a while. What im simply saying is that these same no good dogs will find a way to twist the truth and use their corrupted minds to get themselves and their followers out of a hanging situation. W e can come and leave comments here until we are blue and it wont change. Its high time we as Belizeans unite and get rid(finish dem) of these low lifes who are hampering a nation to progress peacefully. All who lost sum 1 to violence knows what im talking about. Its just a matter of time before these big wigs starts dropping like flies. If the young men in belize who are out there shooting and killing people innocently would go and do that to some of these policemen and ministers who are letting our country go down the drain because they want to full their pockets, it wouldnt be a bad thing in my book. to cut a long story short when theirs no Justice the people perish. I guess thats why Street Justice occurs.

  16. steven says:

There is no proof that it deters crime. Also I find life imprisonment with parol after 30 years coupled with hard labor to be more appealing and more reforming than just killing someone because they’ve commited a crime. Issuing harsh scentences will serve to reform and punish properly instead of just taking a life and just poof, done, what’s next and the killers will not care about their life anymore either. think about it

  17. Lawman says:

Belize always had poor people from the time I know myself, in the 50’s and 60’s and we never had this type of crime and murders in our beautiful country, yes Belize is beautiful and politics and crime is killing it everyday. Sometimes I would sit and dream of the wonderful times our young people used to enjoy, forming singing groups, like The Crystals, The Diamonds, The Merrylovers, The Charms, The Blue notes, and so many other groups, we used to have floor shows, at the Palace, Majestic and Eden theatres, we were lovers not killers. I pray for our beloved country everyday, it will take an act of God to change this country. Someone said something about human rights, stop us from bringing capital punishment, well I guess the british did’nt believe in human rights, because twenty days after you were found guilty of murder, you were hang by the neck until dead. Humans rights help the criminals, not the victims, in
America the same thing goes on and the criminals keep doing what they do best committing murder and hiding behind human rights groups. I tell you people it’s not working in America what make anyone think it will work in Belize. Stop want to be like America and take back our country. Goodnight.

  18. dave t says:

Capital punishment actually increases the murder rate, mainly because the criminal knows he has ‘nothing to lose’, so would be more vilolent as a result. Statisitics in the US prove this, as most of the startes that do not have the death penaly in general have lower murder rates that those that do.

The other thing to consider is the expense of appeal after appeal after appeal, with the only people benefiting being (surprise, surprise) Lawyers (No doubt our PM wouldn’t mind this, as his firm, family members in that profession would be appointed – for both sides!).

With the current conviction rate as low as it is, any conviction resulting in the death penalty would be instantly deemed suspect, and no doubt re-trails would follow, with the usual dsappearing of witnesses, or witnesses being ‘hostile’ by suffering selective amnesia, as there are no witness protection facilities in this country, and the murdering b**tard walking free with a huge grin on his face – How often does that happen already? (The criminals rule this country now).

To enforce the death penaly, the whole police & judicial system would need a total refurbishment, from the Minister down, and leaving no stones unturned. In other words – everyone involved would need to not only clean up their acts, but actually be ‘Professional’ in all dealings with the fight against crime.

Better still would be Life Imprisonment, with absolutely no chance of parole – ever! The only way these murderers should be allowed out of prison should be feet first in a Coffin. This should also be hard labour – no work, no food!

This would deter the young street ‘Hoods’ from comitting these cowardly murders, as even the least educated of them would think twice with the prospect of facing the rest of their natural lives behind bars, in harsh conditions, and working their butts off every day, knowing that they’ll never be out on the streets agin – EVER! Death would probably end up as the ‘easy out’ option!

  19. Elgin Martinez says:

Well something has to be done because people are getting shot everyday.I also believe that somone with a funeral home is making more than the chiney man in Belize.Maybe i should apply for a Undertaker job in Belize. My point for making this statement is for us as Belizeans to realize the escalating crime rate in our country. And that something needs to be done.

  20. Francis says:

we just need to make an example out of a few by executing them and then the other crimnally minded will think twice…

  21. Disheartened Belizean says:

Although I am for capital punishment (in the US) there are a few reasons why I hesitate to outrightly say “Hang them in Belize!”. Mainly, I don’t believe that Belize has the best system of justice when it comes to prosecuting a person beyond a reasonable doubt. This is due to the lack of proper, scientific evidence. The possibility of one innocent man being subjected to capital punishment in any form is unimaginable. Belize needs a better Forensics department! In the meantime, harsher punishments and longer sentences need to be given. The people at the Hattieville Ramada (yes, it is more like a hotel) are not really feeling the pain of their their wrongful actions but merely ‘serving time’ while having free room, board and food. The entire justice system needs a major revision!!!!
On a side note, I do think that although hanging is a relatively cheap method of getting rid of all the criminals in a society there are a few more ethical (but costly) methods such as the lethal injection method which is now the more widely accepted form of capital punishment.

  22. concerned citizean from Corozal says:

I think the government should bring back the law of hanging murders. What do they rather innocent people being killed, or punishing the ones that do the killing.

  23. Rhoda says:

I do believe we should start hanging again or hang them from their b—.Some will learn and maybe the crime rate will decrease. At the same time token no matter who u are from the politicians to the rich and the famous to the porr man no excuse hang them all,if justice should be let it be for all not pick and choose.

  24. Peter says:

Murderers should be hanged and the rest should be forced to hard labour instead of sitting on their butt all day eating for free, and by that raising our taxes.

  25. mac says:

i do believe hanging should be brought back, anything to stop the innocent young people from being salther in the street like animals in the streets!

  26. Tammy Tate says:

Yes, I do believe that capital punishment is necessary. For most of the reasons given above. I also think that we need a better justice system: especially in the area of the police and BDF. I know that the fact that Britain does not support capital punishment is one of the reasons why our government chooses to refrain from it, but i think that we as Belizeans and our government need to step up and handle ourselves. Belizeans need to stop voting RED or BLUE and start voting in the best options. we also need to stop crying about how the govt is not doing its job & find a way to live better lives and raise our kids the right way. Captial punishment alone will not change the way things are…Belize on a whole needs a makeover…only in this way will we become a better country and a better people…but to make the change….each and every Belizean needs to be the change we wish to be…

  27. george usher says:

we should hang the minister them because we vote them to protect us until their children died on the street the will not understand please guys turn the table on them please let cry too then
    they willunderstand

  28. CHRIST'S KID says:

MOST DEFINITELY! MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF A FEW AND SEE IF THIS DOES NOT BECOME A DETERRENT TO CRIME…..

  29. ree kahr do says:

hell yes hanging shud be brought bak……its sooo necessary…Belize is out of control kaz den no bring bak hanging..

  30. Elmer Canul says:

I do believe dat hengin should be brought bk, i got no idea whe it gan pan the 1st place, it should always be here, things are getting out of hand. big time…. heng those who do murders… heng those who rape there own daughters, sons, inocent kids… heng all the cruel mind, n sentence the small crimes for 20 yrs min… not jus 2 yrs… Belize, u gotta start do algo, n da now…
    EFC

  31. cayogialshata says:

I believe that corporal punishment should be brought back and hang those that kill, even in the bible it says it. To hell with the human rights they are always interfering, bs with them. I believe that this government should start to patrol the streets and kids and young men found on the streets should be taken to serve the army. A little stipend should be given to them and put them to plant and cultivate vegetables so that they in return can feed themselves.

  32. angie says:

well, i do not believe in taking other people’s live…….but i would support capital punishment if brought back……murderers need to be afraid of something……caz they sure aint afraid of the police officers or of being locked up for a while…..

  33. star says:

i am a belizean living in america and i am scared to come home to visit. i talk bout my country and all the things it have to offer to my clients and they are all interested in our jewel, but scare because of our crime rate. i would think that hanging these criminals would be best for the people living there and for the future for the kids.

  34. Becca says:

What is needed in Belize are leaders who do not depend only on their knowledge but instead have an open mind, bending their knees and asking their Creator for Wisdom to know how to govern the country and Love for its people. If their is no concern for its people who placed them in position then what will happen next. Yes, there should be severe punishment for those who commit crime on the innocent, and also castrate those who go around raping. Also, too many non-citizens are crossing the borders and causing problems. Belize should be a Paradise but instead its turning into a hell sad to say. There has to be a better way of governing the country. May Almighty God protect Belize and its people from North to South, East to West.

  35. Queenbze says:

    Beautiful Belize!!!!!!

What happen to our country? A place that you can come and relax and enjoy with families and friends. Now you cannot walk on the streets, if someone is not up to no good. I think the Churches need to take the streets back.

The Prime Minister need to do something fast about the crimes, in our Country. Where is the guns coming from? Is there corrupt cops? Corrupt Ministers? Who should the people of Belize look to for protection? It is clear that your not safe in your own home. Do the people need to arm themselves? People should not be allow to take a life and not be punished for their crimes. We have a beautiful country and we need to start taking matters into our own hands.

Prime Minister, Police Department, the Cabinet members, House members, all need to do real work, and not just collecting money, cheating the people. We are the one who voted and we demand that you all take charge of the role, you were place in office to do.

  36. dave t says:

Forget hanging. Do it the Chinese way – One round in the back of the head, then bill the family for the cost of the ammunition, and time taken to do the execution, removal of the body from the prison cell, and the cleaning of the cell! Let’s see – $5000.00 at throw?

This would upset all the Human Rights people (Who never seem to be victims of crime), but I am sure it would cool some heels on the streets!!!!

  37. i would like to run the country says:

i agree with a lot a them jackasses but we no need no curfew belize da wan free country what we need fi do is get all the youths that drop out of school drug sellers and build a booth camp and put them in there make something out of them and the older ones you cant get just shoot them dead the community don’t need them anyway or we need more bdf

  38. Pen_dho says:

THis up coming elections i hope the government weh we wa vote for( *) make up a new bill that say (HENG THOSE MURDERErs) Rope cheep.>.>and if them no have money for rope use old wires But hang those and conserning taxes; If them have to tax we more I hope it have to be a bill that will concern hanging those cold blooded murderers rapists and in the case a “”””S. ^^us@””” hang the Big thieves …>

(*)(Wel have to be the nex ones because them one we di ya presently ony di tax)

  39. lawfully concerned says:

If we start hanging people again we will be no different from those committing murders. The cause should be targeted and dealt with. If we say bring back capital punishment it’s because we’re speaking with our emotions and not with reality. Those are disturbed souls who take the lives of others. What if the case is that a woman kills her husband because of self defense from his brutal physical abuse, should she be hanged? Let’s think about it and ask ourselves, in some cases, who is really the victim? The killed or the killer? If someone takes the life of someone else then he/she probably won’t even fear capital punishment. Murders will never seize even if the killer’s life is threatened. We never know who will explode next. What if it’s one of your family member who kills, or is accused of murdering someone innocently, should they be hanged? Will those craving for capital punishment, still be asking for it with such a passion? If God forgives, who are we to do the total opposite?

  40. Archie Tatum says:

Yes I do believe that hanging would have drastic impact on the current criminal activity, throught the country of Belize and I would also suggest introduction of dismemberment of limbs , for stealing or even attempt robery.

  41. beverly says:

most definately.i see hanging as the only solution to this epidemic. These coldblooded criminals should be delt with accordingly.if they have the heart to take someone’s life without mercy, then they should recieve the same punishment.Lets get a hold, its way out of hand.

  42. Elgin Martinez says:

I don’t think Mr Barrow is hearing our cries on hanging these criminals.

  43. arlene says:

yes i think that hanging should be brought back in Belize because people dnt understand how we fell we or other peolpe lose a love one it very painfull. So hang those criminals!!

  44. Percy says:

Why should we allow criminal elements to take over our country?? These men take our justice system for a game. Why should this be? Hanging should be brought back… Maybe then criminals will take penalties more seriously!

  45. Longing to Come Back Home says:

I have 2 daughters a son and my wife living in the states and we long to come back home to our home in Belize but with all the crime ” child molestation, home invasion, robbery and rape” it’s quite painfull for me to ever put my family in that uncertain future. And myself because we will definitley be marked, and I will surely have my own justice if anyone touch or hurt my family so all in all I hope that HANING DOES COME BACK SOON.

  46. young educated says:

i have been reading a number of the comments posted regarding this topic and am quite frankly dissapointed in some of them.don’t get me wrong i am all for the death penalty to those who desrve it.but you bust understand that there is much more that goes into the buuilding up of such a procedure.to be honest it is all our faults.the death penalty firstly does not accure maximum punishment to be delivered simply because a dead perpetrator cannot sit in jaill days no end and consider his/her downfall.but the reason it curbs violent crime rates is because thhose that stay behind (i.e fellow criminals) are given the opportunity to reconsider their future actions with regards to crime.
going on to why this is our fault.we as a society have never been able to hold our security forces to the oath that they took.we are now living in the twenty first century and therefore their professionalism should improve with accordance to the age we are living in.having a professionally competent security system is the only way that wee could ensure that the right person gets executed each time.but that is not only the job of the security forces to take pride in what they do and bring up their professionalism to the required standard it is also our jobs to hold them responsible to the oath they took. just as a side note, that notion of street justice is RIDICULOUS.
moving on the other and i think the biggest reason for all this happening is our tolerance to our children and friends living the gangsta life.it more than just enfuriates me everytime i look at the news and the victims mmother stand there and has the gall to say “he was a good boy. i don’t know why anyone would want to kill my son. he never had no beef with anyone.”it has gotten to a point where it is almost pridictable when it is going to be said and quite frankly it is PATHETIC.i know a mothers love breaks all boundaries but i am not of the opinion that it breaks the boundry between reason and denial.parent (mothers and fathers) this is your fault.you tolerated your sons to be little thugs because it looks cute.now they’re big thugs and causing havock in the streets of the nation of belize.no amount of hangings will change the situation if you all dont get your act together and start raising your children justly and start accepting their wrong doings rather than just pretending to not know about it then making a fool of yourself on national television saying “he was a good boy.”

  47. Angela says:

I STRONG BELIEVE THAT IT SHOULD BE BROUGHT BACK DUE TO THE CRIME RATE NOW HERE IN BELIZE THE MOST PEOPLE THAT ARE DIEING IS OUR YOUTH AND THE POLICE OFFICERS ARE ALSO INVOLVE WHO ELSE TO TURN TO FOR HELP HERE IN POOR BELIZE. AND THE YOUTH ARE THE ONES DIEING HERE AND DOING THE KILLING LETS STAND TOGHTER AND START IT LIFE THE OLD DAYS WHEN PUNISHMENT SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. There is a wonderful book titled, “Emotional Intellegence”. It would be helpful if the vast majority of Belizeans read that book which will help us to realize and understand why crime is so prevalent in Belize these days. If read, it may awaken a level of ourselves that we here to fore had no knowledge of. What is so dangerous about the human personality, that is read by the mind, is that a disfunctional mind will produce the wrong data which manifest in ones behavour. Belize is suffering from a heavy dose of disfunctional minds. If we are going to improve our society we will have to face the hard task of cleaning up our warp personality. This mental cleansing should begin with the political leaders, then we will see better and more constructive behavour in the honourable house, by hounourable men. These warp personality is the root cause of all the killings in our society.

I believe that capitalpunishment she be bought back to Belize. Criminals are taking the la w too lightly and we need for them to understand that we are serious. They are geting away with too much. Its not only the crime but also the abuse of our youg shildern that is of great conern. We parents do not feel safe any more sending our children to school. This causes more strain on us financially, mentally and morally.
Mr. Prime Minister, we need to see actions and not only words ……………………………..
