Can Jamaica’s Dudus get a fair trial in the US
Remember the alleged Jamaican drug lord, Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke? He was extradited to the United States on June twenty-fourth to face charges of Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine and Marijuana and Conspiracy to Illegally Traffic Firearms. But just as his case got underway, Coke faced added troubles. He was provided with legal aid, until he could find a way to prove that his private legal team would not be paid with money earned illegally. Almost a month later, Coke’s legal representation has still not been finalized. And from the look of things, he might need his team of top-notch attorneys because there are nine witness statements admitted to evidence against him. The persons admit to having either direct or indirect ties to Coke in the drug and firearm smuggling ring, dating back to 2004. If he cannot obtain private attorneys, Coke will return to court on September seventh represented by State-Appointed Attorney Russel Neufeld.
Oh the U S A maybe this will win their WAR ON DRUGS and help their prison mandate!!
They are in the business of running the worlds largest jail.
The best thing for the WORLD to do would be to extend the fence all the way around the U S A and not let another person out.
Let them fix their own problems and Quit OCCUPYING OTHER COUNTRIES FOR OIL!!
Killing for OIL is OK!?!?!?! It is good for the opium TRADE there is lots of ways to get it back to home soil and make that war really work!!
Like Peter Tosh says: LEGALIZE IT
That would only put 50% of the population out of a job and close a lot of Doughnut shops!
From the time the US send out the warrant for you, they are saying that you are guilty.
No one has ever been found not guilty after they have been extradited to the United States.
STOP THE MADNESS
Never…………
Good point Ibice, they never misplace or loose there case files neither like the belizean police, not guilty for the reason that they have enough evidence or case file missing, that is bs mien from these stupid and curropted police that we have here in belize….
