Attorney says KHMH improprieties straightforward

Saldivar says despite not being a pharmacist or a member of the hospital’s management, the improprieties outlined in the information he has unearthed is straightforward.

“Certainly, what I am telling you Jules, there are more of these documents that a comparative analysis would show what I have laid out just now; that there has been a hundred percent increase in the quantity purchased and tendered for, there has been in the past an indication of the winners of the bids. But this year, for the year that this huge increase has taken place, there is no indication of who won the bids. Remember we have the situation of Skill Solution. You will not find Skill Solution; that name popping up as the winner of any bid in any year prior to 2011.”

Meanwhile the KHMH, in a release issued on Thursday, has stated that it is taking every step necessary to strengthen the security of its digital files in light of the recent breach of its computer network.
