Canadian British High Commissioner donates utility vests to the B.D.F.
Also from Canada, the High Commissioner to Belize, Hugues R. Rousseau has announced a donation of two thousand surplus utility vests to the B.D.F. The donation is a part of Canada’s Americas’ Strategy and its commitment to support Central American countries in addressing security concerns. According to Rousseau, the B.D.F. requested assistance from the Canadian Forces to acquire the vests, which will support military operations and training. Major-General Richard Foster, Deputy Commander of the Canada Command will transport the vests to Belize for presentation to senior officials of the B.D.F.

Hope the vests don’t go missing or worst yet they use it on a tactical assault of a Bank and citizens .
I like many Belizeans do not trust the police or the BDF anymore . I use to defend them but lately it looks like the few rotten potatoes have rotted the entire sack.
Please Canada send us a R.C.M.P. as the new Commissioner of Police so we can stop crime and corruption.
