Guatemala also gets trafficking of Indian immigrants

Belize has a steady stream of illegal immigrants who are being trafficked all the way to the United States. Those who are poor and unable to afford to get illegitimate visas or passports become easily recognizable as they move through the country. But after a string of recent arrests of Indian nationals in Belize, our neighbor Guatemala is also seeing a steady flow of the illegal immigrants. Inside zone twelve in Guatemala City, on May twenty-fifth, eight Indian nationals, victims of human trafficking, were caught. They arrived in Guatemala after spending a few days in Nicaragua. The man who was driving them across that country was identified as 44 year old Nicaraguan national, John Christian Chavarria, who was charged with human trafficking.

Misery loves company, so it’s good to see we’re not alone.

If I were King, I’d ask the US for help to control our borders, because in the end, most of these people want to invade the States.
