US ambassador designate has strong legal background

The White House is nominating ex-judge Carlos Moreno as its new ambassador to Belize. Moreno sat on California’s State Supreme court and has also been a Federal District Judge. His nomination will now go before the senate for confirmation. When Moreno gets the green light, he will be replacing Ambassador Vinai Thummalapally who has been serving in Belize since July 2009.
Hopefully he will do more than pass out balloons .
This man is a known supporter of homosexuality whole he was on the California bench. That is why Obana appointed him. Belize should protest his appointment but timid Belize will never do that. The only group that will be benefiting from his appointment will be unibam.
