Fabro is new C.E.O. in Natural Resources

The Ministry of Natural Resources has a new C.E.O. He is Ismael Fabro. Fabro has headed the Department of Environment since its inception in 1990. He replaces Pat Mendoza who has served as the ministry’s chief executive for the last five years.
