Cop Arrested and Charged for Violating Curfew Regulation

There is a report tonight that a police officer has been arrested and charged for violating the curfew regulation. The cop, Patrick Roches, was detained on Monday night. From the reports received, Roches was also granted bail. Apparently Roches and another officer were drinking when they were apprehended.
