Cyclist knocked down on Western Hwy.

A forty-one year old bicyclist has died after being knocked down on the Western Highway. On Tuesday, Carlos Humberto Carcamo of La Democracia Village, was riding his bike between miles thirty-one and thirty-two when he was struck by a Toyota van.
