Around eight-thirty this morning a foetus was discovered in this garbage box on Ferrel’s Lane in Belize City. Following an examination at the K.H.M.H., the foetus, a female believe to be three months from birth, was declared dead. Police are investigating and a post-mortem has been ordered.
