The victim of a fatal mishap in Orange Walk has been identified. He is Salvadoran Antonio Chilen. Police say they have no other details about Chilen whom they believe does not have any relatives in Belize. He was hit by a cane truck while riding a bicycle Monday on the Orange Walk bypass.
