Suspect charged in weekend murder

Police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting that rocked the city over the weekend. Twenty-one year old Kareem Cattouse of a Mahogany Street address has been charged with murder in the shooting death of Donald McKay. McKay was gunned down on Saturday night while standing in B.T.L. Park on the Newtown Barracks.
